Throughout this introspective experience, Coach Tia & Coach Kayla Win will lovingly guide you through a healing experience to answer the question,
“Who The Hell Am I?”

Tia & Kayla created this immersive experience to help open you to a deeper understanding of self.

By the end of the retreat you will have the tools needed answered the following questions:
- Who the hell am I?
- Who am I to myself?
- What is important to me?
- What are my heart’s desires?
- What does self-care look like?
- How do I implement self-care?
- How do I deepen my connection with my intuition?
- How do I ask and get what you want?
The questions will be answered through 4 INTENSIVE BREAKTHROUGH SESSIONS (1 Pre, 1 Post, and 2 day of). This is where the hard work and transformation will be taking place during the retreat.
On top of all this magic, we will have the beauty of community. Joined by other individuals in seeking answers to these questions too. This is your chance to come together, and be empowered, be vulnerable, share your truth, and have the opportunity to grow and figure out who the hell you are!

- Time: 2:00-4:00 pm PST
- 30 minute Yoga Class | 1 hour & 30 minute Zoom Session to prepare for the retreat and meet other attendees. This would include Breakthrough Session #1: Discovering Your Life's Purpose.
In-Person All-Day Retreat Experience | Saturday March 25, 2023

As coaches, we want to make sure that you are supplied and supported with the tools that you need to be successful and take the next steps to truly transform. This would include Breakthrough Session #4: Asking For What You Want and Getting It.
